Same here, my cats are in my sewing room when I'm there. Somehow, they know not to get in the way when cutting or using the sewing machine. If I'm gifting a quilt, I use a lint roller. I'd wash them except, with four cats, I'm not sure I could get it from the dryer to the outside without picking up hairs again! :-)
