The devistation in the Triple Cities, Owego and surrounding areas is horrific. We live outside the Binghamton area and had to go into Vestal a few days ago. All you see is piles and piles of peoples' belongings lined along the streets waiting to be picked up and taken to the landfill holding area. Some of these same people went through this five years ago. Just started to get themselves back to normal and hit even harder this time. Many homes have been condemned and will have to be destroyed.
