I don't do any of my own quilting, unfortunately I pay someone else to do it. Since I gave it away as a gift I'm not really sure now how it was quilted. I think she quilted a lot of stars in the main areas and then she put a lovely pine bough border which looked stunning on the dark brown fabric. She is very talented and does it all free-hand.
