Hi everyone! I have been lurking for days, admiring quilts, laughing at comments, clucking in sympathy with those who are experiencing sewing machine frustrations, fabric issues, etc., and generally enjoying the posts here. Decided to take the advice of one of the posters on a thread about quilt guilds and "dive right in." This is me...diving. :lol:
I don't get much time to quilt - I have a five year old and a six month old who like to occupy my waking hours. But there are the occasional quiet moments when I can hear my Viking whispering my name. I am not a prolific quilter by any stretch, but I am inspired by the people and quilts I see here. Here's hoping that I can channel the good quilty vibes into some finished projects this year! Woo hoo!
