My name is Edie. I am new at sewing and found this forum from random searches. I could spend hours just browsing the pictures here (and have). Amazing work out there.
I have made one quilt in my life, it was hand stitched and hand quilted using a large hoop... I do not have it any longer, my ex has it. :(
It was my own design... loosely based on one I had seen somewhere. (don't remember where, I think it was called compass or something like that), it was back in the late 90's.
One day I would like to try to make another using my sewing machine, don't think my fingers could take all that hand sewing and quilting again.
