I am headed to my first appointment with them tomorrow. a co-worker and his wife here have been on it since March and have dropped a lot of pounds and are looking good. I need to lose some serious weight, and get off these cholestrol lowering meds. So I was wondering if anyone in the quilting family has any experience with this program. Good or bad.
