Ugh.. I tried a diet that was 800 calories. IMPOSSIBLE. I could do it a couple days, but then, I just want to EAT. Plus, not being able to eat what I want is a recipe for disaster for me. I do MUCH better on a plan that lets me eat what I want, but limits the calories (WW is what I am doing now, but it has that same prinicpal).
