Try eating a NO NAME diet. Only FRESH fruit and veggies that look like they should, and meat fresh from the meat area. NOTHING that comes with a name, even Weight Watchers. No Campbell's soups, no Kellogg's, etc. Just plain foods. Water frying, check it out on the Internet, it's easy and delicious. Use a lot of herbs. Toss the salt, if you must have any use some that hasn't been refined into a pure chemical.
