For those who have trouble with hand problems, did you ever try switching your 'pushing' finger? I like to push with my pointy finger, and I just think it's a lot easier on my hand than when I tried with my middle one. Just a thought. Would hate to hear people who really want to hand quilt can't do it because of pain. :(
