I use coupons faithfully. I carry one of the notebooks with basecard sleeves in it and have all my coupons in an individual sleeve. I use them for deo. shampoo, toothpaste, toliet paper, paper towels, dog food, ect. I save alot even though I spend alot since groceries have gone sky high.
