I use coupons frequently, but not much for food. It's all the other things that add up. Where I live, all groceries (except the Super Walmarts and Super Targets) double (and some even triple on occasion!!) coupons, so the savings is significant. It has been years since I've paid anything for soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. By the time the coupon doubles it more than covers the price of the item. I use them a lot for pet items, too. I have 5, and they eat a lot!! I still buy fresh fruit and veg at a farmers market and stop at a butcher for most meat.
