The research I did said it is good for your pancreas it helps get back to functioning correctly which I definitely could use. I have read more good reviews then bad so far. Having surgery scares me, plus it doesn't always work. I cannot participate in weight watchers because of my pancreas and being hypoglycemic. I think that with a doctor supervising the diet it might be alright, I guess I will see what they have to say to my questions tomorrow.
