If you like the sashing, would you consider a colored sashing, saying using one of the colors in the quilt? Then your eye could run smoothly across the quilt instead of being "stopped" by what feels to me like artificial boundaries in the white sashing.

Just my opinion. It would be beautiful any way you do it.
