i thought i was the only quilter who made boneheaded mistakes. :oops:
it seems like i will be going along smooth as silk and suddenly realize i have sewn something completely bassackwards. my seam ripper is the tool i love to hate. what would i do without it. wish i didn't need it, but i always will. with every project.
any new quilter who gets discouraged should peruse this board and you will realize we all tend to make silly, dumb, thoughtless, and boneheaded mistakes from time to time. (and not just in quilting :shock: ) don't give up. just un-sew and plunge ahead. wish it was as easy to unsew parts of my life and start over 8) compared to real life, quilting is easy :wink:
