I have a small piece that my mother must have learned at a early age of what do they call it, forget right now not a scrappy quilt but all kinds of materials and sewing in it. I never remember her quilting however.
My Aunt said it was a wedding ring, but it looks more like a drunkards path/wedding ring to me. It is in WONDERFUL shape! Only 2 small stains on the back and the binding is a little worn, but not much.
