A big welcome from the eastern part of Texas. I am 67 and just learned to quilt within the last couple of years. I could sew a little but, was far from being good at it. I found this board, read everyones post, looked at the pictures of the beautiful quilts for a couple of months and decided I wanted to lean to quilt. Thanks to all of the help and advise I got from the wounderful people on this board, I was able to lean the basic steps necessary to piece a quilt.
