I Googled "vintage fabric definition" and the defintion I agree with came from a quilt guild in Missouri, where they were having a 6" square exchange of vintage fabric. The poster had pictures of fabric from every decade from the 1920's to the 1970's.

Unless you can get someone who is certified in some way to give you a better definition, call it vintage fabric and tell the potential buy from what era it came. If s/he wants it, well and good, if not, let someone esle buy it. froggyintexas
