The jars are great, aren't they!? Karen they are a bargain from IKEA! £2.54 for four of them. The lids are plastic, not metal, but I don't think that matters as long as they seal tightly, which they do.
That recipe filled eight of them, with some left over that I used straightaway for a sponge cake.
