My daughter got the news that she was "layed off" last week. No warning, no real reason just finances of the company which is kind of weird since its a medical company, things for surgery.. She said she really didn't understand it since they never had time to finish everything they had to do as it was. So she is looking again. She really wanted to stay with this company for a long time. And she at one time was considered for her bosses job but she was too new to the company. Weird huh? I am thinking it is because she hurt her back and was being treated for it. She never missed or slacked off at work though.
