Ok, thanks. I told her thank you but no thank you, and she e-mailed back telling me she'd consider a lower offer. But, based on what I'm hearing here, I think she'd pretty much have to be giving it to me for me to get it, especially considering it's a three-hour round trip to her town. Oh, well...
