I ONLY try to use Prensencia....for piecing I buy the large cone in a 60 wt (thin but very strong and you get a true 1/4 in. seam).
For quilting I use their 50 wt. This thread has the LEAST amount of lint than any other thread, and is ALSO very strong since it is a triple ply .It is also not that expensive.....especially is you buy the cone!!
