They must think i am stupid. I put my quilt frame up for sale on craigs list..i have sold lots of things on there, and never gotten a reply like this:
Thanks for the response. I am willing to purchase it. I will be paying
you via check. You don't need to bother yourself pertaining to the
shipment. I will arrange with my shipper to handle it for me.
The
amount on the check will include the shipper's payment as well. You
will need to cash the check, deduct your own funds and get the rest
trasfered to my shipper via Western Union so that he could come for
the pick-up at your address. I need your full name, address and your
phone number so as to mail the check to you in timely manner. The
payment will be sent almost immediately once you comply to deduct just
the amount for the item and transfer the balance to the shipper.
PS:Kindly consider the item bought. I want you to take the item off
advertisement because I don't want any other buyer to bid on it again.
I will be adding extra $20 as listing removal fee and make sure you
inform me immediately you remove the listing, OK?

LOL. besides me not doing any business like this..Craigs list is not a "bidding" procedure.
So, Seller be aware of the scams out there..
i feel sorry for those that are desperate to sell something and would probably go for something like this. I did get back to her..and now "Await her reply".
