i would not give out all that personal information to anyone like that- sounds too ... scary!
one of the reasons i've avoided the whole craigs list thing is because it seems like it (puts you out there) an invitation to anyone to come to your home...just doesn't seem like a safe thing
good that you are corresponding with this person without devulging personal information---and if you do decide this person is (legitimate) have you seen western union fees lately? that certainly needs to be factored in!
