And, they are almost always overseas generated replies. I got my first one on a $400 tester bed I advertised 4 years ago. Sent it to CL's spam group.
If it's not a local response, don't bother with it. And always take the first buyer who shows up with cash in hand, regardless of who "says" they'll be there after work/on the weekend/when they've talked to hubby/been to the bank for cash/eaten their dinner/whatever other excuse, LOL!
