Okay, Enjoy mine and I will enjoy yours. People tend to get mesmorized by the machine, the needle going up and down, my favorite thing if I have someone that is staring at it to hold up my hands and say "look mom, no hands". usually gets a giggle or two. It is kind of freaky if I am doing freestanding lace and you can see through the stabalizer as it is almost clear, with the motion of the needle I swear that it is going to hit something other than the hole. The bonus part of the machine is I can go and do other things while it is working away, so I get lots done, or it gives the illusion that I am gettign lots done. There is no way possible even if i did hand work that I could keep up to the machine, and with the list of things I would like done, I guess it is a good thing that I have something helping me along. You will just have to take a vacationand come and see. Your needle and thread will travel better than the machine. It is 3'x3' and over 100 lbs. that is the big one, I di have a smaller one as well but it isn't near as fast.
