I made this quilt for my future DIL, who's mother just remarried. At first, I had my doubts on the color combo, but thats what she wanted. If I had it to do over again, I would have chosen a lighter black thread or a Charcoal, but live and learn. I forgot the name of the pattern, I know it was from Quilters World....sorry I'd have to dig the pattern back out, if anyone is interested just let me know and I'll get the name for you. I know my quilting isnt perfect, but I see improvement with everyone I do. Oh and....I quilted this all freehand using W&N batting. Cant wait to try the Hobbs Poly Down. Enjoy!
