You could make a colorful bed runner for at the bottom of it. Maybe you just need some color to enhance it. I'm sorry you are not happy with it after spending so much time on it! I even explored whole-cloth quilts after seeing yours! So you are an inspiration. Maybe you've just been looking at it too long. Put is away for a year!
