Look around online - Slowly is the smartest. I know I've read about keeping them isolated in a room for a while (days at least) and then moving them into another room - letting the original cat go in and sniff around. That way he gets used to their scent for a while first. Then somehow so they can see each other.... I forget all the details. It sounds like a pain, but in the long run it could pay off.
