I was looking at the latest CLOTILDE catalogue and as I was looking at page 37 they are showing a "Pedal StaII" being used by a lady wearing her 2 inch pump.
It caught my attention because I had to give up my high heels years ago, and I never would have worn them while sitting at my machine. But it made me smile.
