Put eggs in water to cover, but lid on. Bring water to a boil. As soon as the water does a rolling boil. TURN OFF. Let stand for 10 minutes. (don't take the lid off) After ten minutes let run in COLD water for 1 minute. After the one minute, drain. Put the lid back on and shake. When you shake it, it breaks the shell and peels very easy. (this also works on old eggs)
