Of course you should go but(and I can't believe no one else thought of this) get "The Quilter's Catalog and plan your drive by quilt shops!!! If you don't have one the library perobably does. OR!!!!!!go to the fab shop hop online and check addresses for the quilt shops OR!!!!!!!go to the library and check phone books for quilting stores. You can email the quilt stores and ask for directions and they may even tell you where there are other quilt stores!!!!!!!!!!!!!Before I used to sew everything and as I hit each town I would check for fabric stores, after awhile it's in the air. I went to Pawleys Island with some friends one year and my first purchase was of course fabric. One of my friends came in and saw the fabric being put into a sack and remarked that we had gone all this way for vacation and I bought fabric and it wasn't a fabric store. YOU GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
