We own a 9" Mega Quilter and my wife hadn't used it for awhile. When she threaded it, she noticed that the 'thread guide plate' was just hanging loosely. This is the little bar with 3 holes, attached to the small wheel immediately above the main tension dial on the side of the machine. You run the main thread through 2 of the 3 holes. The manual shows the bar at about the 2 o'clock position; when she sews it snaps up to that position but eventually drops down (see photo) and she is having some thread breakage. If you own this machine, would you check yours and let us know if this little bar is held solid in that 2 o'clock position, or if it's loose?
Thank you for any help.
