Not a recipe, but some summer favorites. What are yours?
We are in the middle of red salmon season here, so of course grilled salmon is a must. Got inspired last night, and in addition to the salmon we had fresh corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, fresh baked bread (hubby's specialty) fresh capresi salad and of course some fresh strawberry pie. I was still full when I woke up this morning! :shock:
