I like random, which could also include a flower being by a leaf every now and again... I also like the idea of maybe a simple butterfly or two, and or dragonfly or two...and the idea to ask her what she thinks?.. I agree about why even ask your son??..lol...I have had the same issue...and yet at times I still ask his opinion...sigh... :-) Aren't we the nice moms??...
Anyways, it is lovely already, and I didn't see a "so many mistakes" as you put it...great job!
