You do NOT have to post your beginning weight here on the QB, but we ask that you write it down somewhere as a reminder to you where you have started this month. My swiss cheese brain can't remember from day to day, so I usually log in right here and record. If you don't write it here, write it on your bathroom mirror or somewhere that you will see your goal every day.

Myfitnesspal.com is a great place to find a ticker (see the bottom of my signature), a calorie counter, a user forum, and a weight and exercise tracker, all for FREE. These are tools I use every day, other members use different programs and they will happily tell you all about them.
