Another idea...use the same patterns and make her a cloth-paper doll set...the doll is only finished on the front side...velcro soft side on doll...one piece with work if dresses are kinda stiff...have one that is very old and I love it.
The pattern is in the book for just that ! What fun ! I am on to the boy I have in my head right now.. cowboy, fireman, policeman, construction worker ect.. will post as I get several done..
