The first few weeks you do it three times daily but once they begin to get results, you can go down to once a day. A bottle only lasts one month, they say after that to discard. The first bottle, at three times a day on two dogs was plenty. I purchased 5 bottles when I bought and it came with these little toy critters and they loved those too. I was SO LEARY to order, afraid it was a gimick, but it is not. It works!!!
