There is a woman in my quilt guild who just sews them together and then cuts those pieces into strips and then sews them together and makes quilts-- she has quilts with THOUSANDS of pieces of fabric in them ranging from a 1/2" wide to a 1/4" square! They are amazing!
I like that idea. Sounds like it would make an interesting quilt.
