Holds up just fine. I dont do this on all quilts, just the ones that have backings that just dont go well with what looks best on the front. I do think I do this on all show quilts. Always gets a favorable comment. Binding is what judges look at first. Also I always do glued bindings on show quilts and actually mow on all quilts. There are several major quilt winners in our guild and they all told me they do glued bindings on their competition quilts. Im talking Houston, Paducah, all the big show winners.
