I might make a suggestion for the next time you make one...you can use warm and natural batting (I always do) but you need to cut it smaller than your flannel pieces. So if you are planning on 1/2 inch seams on say a 6 inch block, you would cut the batting as a 5 inch square and center it between the flannel pieces. You will achieve a nicer 'raggedy' look by not having the batting as part of the seam.
Thanks, Pam-I realized that AFTER I quilted them and started sewing them together! Since I cut WAY too many squares (no planning for this one, unfortunately), I will be making a few more!
