Is the backing a plain fabric, or is it printed? Have you considered tracing a quilting pattern on the back and kind of "ignoring" the front? I am sure there's a term for that, but .... I always think that looks really neat, it's two quilts in one!
Ashley I heard about that as well in one of the quilt magazines and I think its a great idea when you can't figure out what to do with the front. That is one of the most gorgeous quilts I have ever seen!!!!!
