Speaking of sewing machine manufacturers, the man who builds Innova Longarm machines went to a longarm dealer before he started building Innova machines and asked her what customers want in a machine. She sells several brands so she was able to tell him her views. So then he built a machine using her input. I am using him as an example. It would be nice if other manufacturers did that.
