when I was in China, the guide called Queen Annes Lace -- Cloud flowers.
Since we were all learning each others culture, I explained why we called them QAL and when we found a PC we looked up the pix of the queens collar. Also have you looked closely at the flowers to find the tiny dark purple center?? Each tiny flowerette is perfection.

My friend's daughter got married in Florida a number of years ago. when her mother saw the flowers in her bouquet....there was Queen Ann's lace....she said, Maureen, those are "weeds"...she said well I paid big bucks for weeds then rofl. It was beautiful!
