I agree! This is the very reason I take it with me to "wait." I don't wait very well & it relieves the stress. Especially if I'm waiting at the hospital. (It seems like there's someone from my family at the hospital every 3-6 months & waiting rooms are stressful!)
PS I also take 'em on road trips.
