Capresi salad is so easy, just need the right ingredients.
Small tomatoes (quartered so they are bite sized)
Fresh motzerella (cut into bite sized pieces)
Fresh basil
Toss together with olive oil and balsamic vineger right before you serve it. It's fantastic!
If you use little cherry tomatoes (best choice) then shape the motz. with a mellon baller. It looks great.
