How do you do it? I have been to the post office only to be told that I have to use a flat rate envelope and that it cannot weigh over 4 pounds for $11.50.
It's in a regular (manilla) envelope -

I think the max is up to 4lbs - after that, regardless of the packaging, it has to go Priority.
Don't check the FRE - use the envelope option underneath.
