What a cute quilt! A few questions: Did you use 1 jelly roll or did you combine rolls? If it is one jelly roll, what is the fabric (I would love a fat quarter bundle or a layer cake) and what is the name of the pattern?
I can't wait to see what solution you use for the border.
Hi! The patterned fabric is Fandango (Kate Spain for Moda) and I waited a long time to find a pattern I wanted to use it in! I also used a Moda Bella Basics jelly roll (it was on sale and I have to say, it was worth it to me in this instance to pay for the convenience of having the cuts made! I'm working in a tiny space at the moment). The pattern that inspired the quilt was "Jelly Filled" as I posted earlier (JF is also adorable done with a honeybun!!). If you compare patterns, aside from using white, I didn't make the blocks that are random strips. I still have those strips and will use them in some way on the backing or for pillows.
