TRUE. My sister actually did this. Her MIL gave her this ad when she first got married and told her it would keep her from getting pregnant if she would use it after intercourse. The only thing it did was burn her badly. She had to have medical treatment for it. I was about 13 years old when it happened, but I remember it clearly.
