Lemon Zuchinni bread YUMMMMMMMM!!!!
Make your Zuchinni bread recipe , but omit the spices, and replace them with 1 Tablespoon grated Lemon rind per loaf. It's the new favorite at my house, it's so pretty, all light with yellow and green flecks drizzle with glaze made with powdered sugar, some vanilla, and orange juice with lemon rind, and it's like a lemon cake!!!!
