Jaciqltznok, I'm wishing you a lot of luck with your girl, Daisy. I'm glad you got a chance to walk with her alone and saw how she is when you are alpha.

One thing I've heard and love is "A tired dog is a happy dog." Maybe if you postively wore her out with some serious running, she wouldn't have the energy to jump on you or act crazy alpha with your boy.

We were told Doxies like to be in packs...more than two is GOOD...in our neighborhood...just 2 small blocks..there are now...18 of them.....only 3 are standard...some are smaller, and only 2 are the extra mini like Daisy....they are something!
